PROCESS & TIMELINE

WEEK 1

Consultation meeting with client to understand requirement, role, culture, structure, team and organization. Create / review candidate specification.

WEEK 1-2

Design candidate information pack and selection process.

WEEKS 2-6

Create market map, promote vacancy in marketplace using headhunting and strategic advertising, perform targeted search and leverage Balmer Dawson Executive Search’s vast network.

WEEKS 4-8

Review applications against set criteria. Screen top candidates and gather market feedback. Perform detailed candidate interviews. Present shortlist to client outlining detailed analysis of strengths, relevant experience and suitability.

WEEKS 8-10

Coordinate client interviews and provide ongoing feedback. Manage panel interviews (where required), providing pre-prepared interview questions & scoring system, panel candidate briefing, panel interview participation and management.

WEEK 10

Offer, negotiations and reference checking. Recruitment complete.
